PUTRAJAYA, 16 July 2024 – The Malaysian Command and Staff College (MAFSC) was honored to host a lecture by Jen Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Mohamed Azumi bin Mohamad (Rtd) on the topic of β€œLeadership and Strategy: Impact on International Order.” This lecture was a key component of the Officers Leadership and Ethics Module Semester 2 (OLEM 2) under the course syllabus.
In his opening remarks, Jen Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Mohamed Azumi bin Mohamad (Rtd) explored the intricate relationship between strategy and leadership, emphasizing the significance of these elements in shaping the international system. The lecture was followed by an engaging question and answer session between the Course Participants (CP) and the presenter, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas.
Jen Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Mohamed Azumi bin Mohamad (Rtd) concluded the session by highlighting key takeaways on leadership for the CP to apply in their future endeavors. To mark the occasion, the Commandant of MAFSC, Brig Jen Zamsari bin Abu Hasan, presented a memento to Jen Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Mohamed Azumi bin Mohamad (Rtd) as a token of appreciation on behalf of the Faculty Members/Directing Staff (FM/DS) and CP.
