𝐄𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐈𝐍 𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒: 𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐁𝐘 𝐌𝐑. 𝐒𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐍 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐌𝐀𝐂𝐂

PUTRAJAYA, 18 July 2024. On Thursday, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Course Participants (CP) of MCSCJ Ser 53/2024 were honoured to have Mr Sivarasan s/o Kalidawson from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) as a guest lecturer. His presentation was on the topic: “Enforcement of Integrity in Organisations”. The lecture was very enlightening and inspiring for CP.
Mr Sivanasaran’s lecture was aimed to instil good ethics which focused on anti-corruption in MAF future military leaders. With 180 military CPs from Malaysia and abroad in attendance, the session was a significant step towards reinforcing values of integrity and ethical conduct in military organisations.
The lecture was divided into two segments. The first hour segment was dedicated to explaining the intricacies of corruption, its detrimental effects and effective strategies to prevent it. Mr. Sivanasaran’s sharing of insights were invaluable and provided a comprehensive understanding of the importance of maintaining integrity in an organisation.
The second hour segment was the interactive question-and-answer session. CPs participated actively participated, raising pertinent issues related to their units and organisations. Mr. Sivanasaran addressed their queries with his expertise, offering practical solutions and advice. The engagement and enthusiasm of the CPs during this session were remarkable, reflecting their commitment to uphold ethical standards in their future roles as a Commanding Officer.
At the end of the lecture, the Commandant of MAFSC, Brig Jen Zamsari bin Abu Hasan presented Mr. Sivanasaran with a souvenir as a token of appreciation for his time and invaluable contributions.
The college was grateful to Mr. Sivanasaran for his dedication in promoting integrity and for empowering CPs with the knowledge and tools to lead ethically in future. The lecture had undoubtedly made a lasting impact on CP as future military leaders.
