LUMUT, 7th Aug 2024. The Comdt of MAFSC Brig Jen Zamsari bin Abu Hasan made a courtesy call to the Commander of the Naval Training and Doctrine Command, Rear Admiral Dato’ Abd Halim bin Hj Shaari, in conjunction with the upcoming North Capability Operational Study (NCOS) visit. The NCOS visit will be held from 19th – 23rd August 2024. The NCOS visit is part of the college curriculum for the NDUM – PSD 5323 Military Doctrine, Operations and Strategies (MDOS) Course and forms part of the college curriculum.
