The PUSPAHANAS recently hosted a successful four-day Leadership Grid Seminar from October 27 to 30, 2024. This seminar was an initiative by the President of PUSPAHANAS, aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities through strategic training and collaboration.

The event saw active participation from 16 esteemed Faculty Members and Directing Staff of the Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College (MAFSC). They engaged in intensive sessions centered around leadership development and team management, applying the renowned Grid International Systematic Approach.

The collaboration with Grid International brought forward a structured and proven method to strengthen leadership effectiveness. Participants explored strategies to balance task-oriented and people-oriented leadership, equipping them with vital skills to foster cohesive and high-performing teams.

This seminar marks a significant step in advancing leadership education and building a future-ready force.
