PUTRAJAYA, 12 Nov 2024 – Major General Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Noor bin Tuan Chik (Retired) was invited to present an insightful lecture on leadership, offering a lasting lesson to MAFSC course participants (CP). This lecture is part of the essence of the officer’s Leadership and Ethics Module (OLEM) semester 3.

During the lecture, Major General Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Noor bin Tuan Chik (Retired) shared his invaluable insights on leadership, ethics and resilience from his extensive experience as a general in the Malaysian Army. He emphasized that effective leadership goes beyond making strategic decisions; it involves understanding and inspiring those who serve under a leader’s command.

The Officer’s Leadership and Ethics Module (OLEM) aims to develop robust and comprehensive leaders for the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF). This program highly values the wisdom and experiences shared by veterans like Major General Tengku Ahmad Noor. His lecture reminded everyone of the deep responsibilities and ethics that are central to military leadership, helping CPs prepare for the challenges they may face in modern military roles.
