PUTRAJAYA, 20 Nov 24: The National Centre for Defence Studies, or Pusat Pengajian Pertahanan Nasional (PUSPAHANAS) Cross Country 2024 was held at Botanical Garden in Putrajaya 20 Nov 2024. The event was organised by the Malaysian Command and Staff Course (Joint) Serial 53/2024, Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College (MAFSC) sports committee. Approximately 370 PUSPAHANAS staff, including the National Resilience College (NRC), the Malaysian Armed Forces Defence College (MAFDC), and MAFSC, participated in it.
The Commandant of MAFSC, Brigadier General Zamsari bin Abu Hasan, graced this event, accompanied by Brigadier General Mohd Azmurin bin Mat Khalib, the Director General of Training and Management of PUSPAHANAS. The PUSPAHANAS team designed the Cross Country 2024 event to foster unity among the staff and participants through sports. It aimed to provide an opportunity for the community to engage in health and fitness activities that strengthen bonds while contributing to good causes. Participation also aligns with the college’s emphasis on promoting healthy lifestyles.
MAFSC won the PUSPAHANAS Cross Country 2024, and Division JITRA emerged as the champion for the Malaysian Command and Staff Course (Joint) Serial 53/2024 category.
