BANGI, 22 November 2024 – The BAKAT Final Event (BFE), held at the Grand Ballroom of Bangi Resort Hotel, marked the grand finale of the BAKAT program for the Malaysian Command and Staff Course (Joint) Series 53/2024 (MCSCJ 53/2024). The ceremony began with an appreciation speech delivered by Puan Ross Shayana binti Shamsur, the MCSCJ 53/2024 Wife Leader, and concluded with a heartfelt closing speech by YBhg Puan Rosnani binti Muhammad, the Chairperson BAKAT of the Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College (MAFSC), further elevating the significance of the occasion.
The BFE served as a platform to celebrate creativity, strengthen bonds, and honor the achievements of the MCPW throughout the course. The evening featured a series of captivating performances, including a musical theatre presentation by the Jitra Division, singing by the Kampar Division, and a dance performance by the Muar Division, all of which reflected the participants’ creativity and teamwork fostered during the program. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere was live entertainment provided by the D’Potera Band, which kept the environment and excitement alive throughout the night.
A special highlight of the event was the remarkable performance by the FMDSW, whose presentation captivated the audience with its creativity, elegance and professionalism. Their participation showcased the strong leadership and dedication that had supported the MCPWs throughout the course, further enhancing the evening’s sense of unity in celebration. The event was successfully organised by the MCSCJ Series 53/2024 BAKAT Committee, headed by Lt Kol Zuraini binti Md Kamal, the DS Sponsor and Lt Cdr Muhammad Izar bin Alias RMN, the Chairman of the event.
