𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐘𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐓𝐀𝐁 𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐔𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐍 𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐀 (𝐌𝐓𝐀𝐓) 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐔𝐀𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓 & 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒
GEORGETOWN, 13 DIS 2024 – Mesyuarat MTAT 𝘈𝘯𝘯𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘦𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 & 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘙𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸 bagi tahun 2024 telah berlangsung selama tiga hari, bermula 13 hingga 15 Disember 2024, di Hotel Cititel, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang. Retreat kali ini melibatkan seramai 32 orang pegawai yang terdiri daripada Komandan, Ketua Juruarah, Ketua Pembangunan Latihan, wakil UPNM (Prof. Adam Leong), serta Ahli Fakulti/Juruarah.
Objektif retreat pada tahun ini menjurus kepada dua bahagian utama, iaitu:
1. Mengenal pasti pelan tindakan bagi pelaksanaan semua aktiviti akademik dan kokurikulum.
2. Membentangkan MAFSC Balanced Scorecard selaras dengan keperluan Key Result Area (KRA) dan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) berdasarkan PUSPAHANAS Strategic Map 2025-2030.
Brig. Jen. Zamsari bin Abu Hassan, selaku Komandan, telah menzahirkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan kepada semua Ahli Fakulti/Juruarah atas komitmen dan kerjasama yang diberikan sepanjang tahun dalam menjayakan Kursus Pemerintahan dan Staf Malaysia (Bersama) Siri 53/2024.
Beberapa program riadah turut diatur sepanjang retreat, melibatkan Ahli Fakulti/Juruarah, termasuk lawatan ke Penang War Museum dan aktiviti sukan (golf). Aktiviti riadah keluarga seperti lawatan ke Bukit Bendera dan Majlis Makan Malam MTAT 2024 juga tidak dilupakan. Majlis ini menjadi penutup tirai program MTAT bagi tahun 2024, yang turut disertai sesi keluarga dengan aktiviti seperti sambutan hari jadi Ahli Fakulti/Juruarah (Julai – Disember), penghargaan kepada mereka yang akan bertukar keluar, dan cabutan bertuah.
Annual Retreat MTAT 2024 telah dilaksanakan dengan jayanya, mencapai semua objektif yang telah digariskan.

GEORGETOWN, 13 DECEMBER 2024 – The MAFSC Annual Retreat & Management Review Meeting for 2024 was held over three days from 13 to 15 December 2024 at Hotel Cititel, Georgetown, Penang. This retreat was attended by 32 participants, including the Commandant, Chief Instructors, Head of Training Development, a representative from UPNM (Prof. Adam Leong), and Faculty Members/Directing staff.
The objectives of this year’s retreat focused on two key areas:
1. Identifying action plans for implementing all academic and co-curricular activities.
2. Presenting the MAFSC Balanced Scorecard in alignment with the Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in the PUSPAHANAS Strategic Map 2025-2030.
Brig Gen Zamsari bin Abu Hassan, as the Commandant, expressed his utmost appreciation to all faculty members and instructors for their dedication and cooperation throughout the year, which contributed to the success of the Malaysian Armed Forces Staff Course (Joint) Series 53/2024.
Several recreational programs were also organised during the retreat for faculty members and instructors, including a visit to the Penang War Museum and sports activities such as golf. Family-orientated activities, such as a visit to Penang Hill and the MAFSC 2024 Annual Dinner, were also included. The dinner marked the conclusion of MTAT programs for 2024 and featured family-friendly activities such as birthday celebrations for faculty members and instructors (July–December), recognition of those due for transfer, and a lucky draw.
The MAFSC 2024 Retreat was successfully conducted, achieving all the outlined objectives.
