MAFSC is headed by the Commandant with rank of Brigadier General. Under the command, there are two main departments that are:

Training Dept. Headed by the Chief Directing Staff (CDS) with the rank of Colonel.

• Directs, supervises and manages all details with regards to CP, the conduct of the course curriculum & evaluation of the course

Training Development Dept. Head of Training Development (HTD) with the rank of Colonel.

• Development, management and evaluation of study materials used by the college
